The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. Some of that is on me for not using a Do Not Disturb sign but I wish they’d taken care of that in the morning or at least within a couple of hours of me asking. Apart from...
