'The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. 'It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building.'

Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee.
