2nd visit

I’ve stayed at this suite for the past two years while attending the Paparazzi Convention in Vegas. I chose it again for its great location and convenient amenities. My first stay was okay—though we had to request extra supplies, as only the bare minimum was provided.Unfortunately, this year’s experience was more disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The entryway light was damaged when we arrived; I reported it and only received a “thanks for letting us know” response, with no indication of follow-up. The dishwasher leaked and flooded the kitchen, and again, the same generic reply. The oven door doesn’t close properly—I didn’t report that, assuming the response would be the same.The iron was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Most concerning was finding hair that wasn’t mine in the master bathroom—including on the towels—which raises questions about the thoroughness of the cleaning.While I really do like the location and amenities, it feels like the unit is being used frequently without proper upkeep. I would strongly suggest that more attention be given to maintenance follow-up and deep cleaning between guests. A proactive approach could go a long way in preserving the quality of the suite for returning guests like myself.

We loved the space and the location. It was perfect for four of us traveling, and the access to the MGM pools was a huge bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the suite was very clean.I always appreciate staying in a smoke-free hotel when travelling with my children, so it was nice to be in the action without the smokey Vegas experience..

Great condo within MGM complex

The condo was as advertised. Perfect for my husband and I, along with our teen son. It is great to have access to MGM property and all the pools and other restaurants. The valet parking was quick and easy to use. Highly recommend!

The location is not on the strip, but convenient. The pool is good. Unfortunately, despite the fact that I confirmed that we’ll have enough bedding for the inflatable mattress, we only had one blanket, one pillow and 1 set of sheets. The pull out couch had a very old mattress as well. The registration desk would not help (I offered to pay for a blanket), the maintenance that was assigned to the condo did not pick up the phone. My teen ended up sleeping covered with towels. The owner/manager did not seem concerned (very uninterested) not an apology, just had a set delivered the next day. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it.

Overall the stay was wonderful! Truly enjoyed the full kitchen, which saved a lot of money on going out to eat. Only complaint we had was that we wish we could have done an early check in. We couldn’t check in until exactly 3pm and we arrived around 11am.

Excellent Weekend Stay Right Off The Strip

We booked this not really knowing what to expect; we had stayed on the Strip previously and thought we'd try something different. Ryan was great - he was responsive, very thorough on describing the check-in process. We had some small requests at check-in and he accommodated us. The unit was clean, excellent bedding available for the group, sufficient towels. We took advantage of the well appointed kitchen, had a couple of quick meals there. Easy access to the pool at MGM as well as to the Monorail so that we could get up to the Sphere easily. Highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a nice stay in Vegas. Thank you Ryan.

Gorgeous room, quiet location

The room itself was very nice. The bed was comfy, the jetted tub was great for relaxing, and the kitchen was an added bonus that we loved having. The balcony is mostly secluded, even though it's only around 30 feet up, and it was nice to just sit outside and enjoy the cool air. The quiet location was perfect, and we didn't have any issues with noise nearby. That being said, we had two issues, but neither is the fault of the property owner, but I still wished I was aware of them ahead of time. First, water pressure wasn't great, and the hot water doesn't get very hot. Second, valet is the only parking option, and you cannot self park unless valet is full. If you're going in and out a lot, especially during busy times, it's not convenient at all, and the expected "gratuity" every time you need your vehicle starts to add up quickly. I think it would have been cheaper and faster to pay for self parking at MGM and walk the two minutes down the ramp next to tower 1 to the MGM parking garage. Aside from those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and I'd definitely book the same room again.

Comfortable well kept condo with indoor access between MGM and the 3 MGM Signature condo towers. Great gym, small lounge bar. Easy access to strip and not far from Target if groceries are needed. Perfect for breakfast, work, relaxing, or even entertaining due to powder room and living/dining area.

Exquisite!

We are middle class. This stay was affordable and made us feel high class! It was a wonderful location to all the excitement of Vegas and was an oasis of joy to return to each night. Ample space and so convenient with a kitchen that allowed us to avoid having to eat out all the time. The tub was a fantasic perk as well, it was wonderful to come back to after walking around all day! We were grateful for the helpful hotel staff. The property managers were also great to work with. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Thanks VRBO and thank you to the owners of this property!!!

Great extra space

I’ve stayed in these condos before. Love the location and the over sized rooms. Unfortunately during our stay this time they were having serious elevator problems and which made it quite difficult if you were in any kind of hurry. And they don’t allow you to take the stair wells to get to your room. But still love staying there.
