Lets take the upside first, if you want a centrally located appartment, the appartment is a good choice, the appartment was clean and fairly silence during evening and night. The single bedroom is very small, and the appartment should be able to cater for 4 - 5 people, I would say a maximum of 3 people. We missed some kitchen equipment, such as a Electric kettle, whisk,ladles, table mats a.s.o. - quite ordinary eqipment and easy to fix for...

I liked the quietness of the area and local accessibility to bakeries, supermarket and short distance to centre of Caen with its artisan shops and restaurants.
