Nice stay in the beautiful surroundings of the A
The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds).

Erg mooi hotel!
Nette, grote kamer met balkon, koelkast en tv. Mooi zwembad en verschillende bubbelbaden in het groen. Ontbijt smaakte erg goed en ook het dinner was er uitstekend! Alleen jammer dat niet alle ramen bedenkt konden worden met gordijnen, waardoor het erg licht was in de kamer.

The place looks nice but is missing the point. They are a small hotel pretending to be big. The staff is not unfriendly but more neutral than welcoming. They forget to give you the feeling that you have arrived at a special place. This way it stays ordinary atmost.

This is what you call a pleasant surprise - the hotel was better than what I imagined based on the pictures. The decor of the hotel has been tastefully created everywhere - in the lobby, in the rooms… Each room is a separate cottage - with direct view of the Arenal volcano. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property was very well maintained. We enjoyed walking through the gardens. Very well lit paths for walking at night and enjoying the fish ponds. The rooms are extremely clean and staff takes the time to leave a unique town animal on the bed each day. We booked this hotel the day before our stay and it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed both nights on the patio chairs enjoying the sounds of nature and a relentless bullfrog.

We recently stayed at Casa Luna Hotel and Spa in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, and it was an exceptional experience! The location is ideal, being close to downtown, various restaurants, and numerous activities. We enjoyed hiking, visiting the volcano, rafting, exploring Misco Park, relaxing in the hot springs, and so much more. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, contributing to a relaxing stay. The staff at Casa Luna were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the free breakfasts were a wonderful perk, offering a great start to each day. Overall, Casa Luna provided a perfect base for our adventures in La Fortuna. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The husband & wife owners are amazing people. They treat you like family and it was just an over-the-top incredible experience. If you’re going to Evita, this is the place to stay. Amazing breakfast. And if you ask nicely, they’ll make you an incredible fresh piña colada. You’ll never experience anything better in your life.

This was an excellent stay! Absolutely beautiful view of Volcan Arenal. Excellent continental breakfast. Very clean staff rooms. Front desk was able to accommodate for inconveniences of tours very promptly and is available for any assistance. Highly recommend!!

The staff is incredible, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. At the spa we had a wonderful service, specially thanks to the Lady named Madday. At the restaurant, we tried Ceviche Tilapia, it was a great option for dinner, it was fresh and delicious, and also the Chef prepared the "patacones" we ask for as side dish for the Ceviche, even though it was not listed in the menu. Love the hot springs!

DONT BOOK IT ! - DONT believe the pictures
Absolutely no way is this is a 3.5 star property as listed on Hotels.com. There is not even a lobby, just a small outdoor sitting area. Just because you offer overpriced food and massages does not make you a 3.5 stat hotel. The internet kept cutting out. The room was VERY basic and the grounds needed a lot of attention. When we told them we wanted to check out a day early because the hotel was not what was advertised they still wanted to charge us a one night penalty. They will of course turn around and rent the room the next day (effectively getting paid twice for the room) Hotels.com was no help. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Sehr schöne Anlage; große und komfortable Zimmer; freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Mitten in der Natur, aber nur 5 Minuten mit dem PKW nach La Fortuna. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I booked this hotel because it listed having 4 hot tubs. I think their heating system was broken because all four were not even tepid. The last day of our 4 days, the water in 2 of them was warm, but certainly not hot. In la Fortuna area, one would expect thermal hot spring temperature if the hotel is calling itself a spa. Beautiful pool and grounds, wonderful breakfast, and very nice people working at the hotel.

The hotel was well laid out and the staff provided excellent service. The housekeeping was excellent and the room was nice and spacious. We used the Spa which was staffed by experienced and trained employees. The only issue was the food prices which was over priced similar to most places we visited in Costa Rica. The dining charges were roughly two times what we would get in the US though the overall cost of goods/services would be half or less.

what a beautiful property. it's like staying in a tropical forest. the landscaping and animals you see are so beautiful. The staff is just wonderful and attentive. We loved staying here and would stay again anytime.

Great location and some of the staff was very helpful (booking for a spa and thermal springs). Breakfast was mediocre. There is no storage/ shelf space in the bedroom (deluxe room with 2 double beds). Also, the staff was unable to provide enough hangers (room had 4 and I asked for 8 more and they could only provide 4)

This was a great hotel to stay at during our vacation in La Fortuna! It was nearby everything. The hotel itself was clean, had beautiful landscaping, the rooms were great, and I loved the pool area and all the hidden pools around the hotel. I also really enjoyed getting a message, it was so relaxing and a neat experience getting to do it outside and listen to the sounds of nature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the La Fortuna area! The staff was great at communicating and great at answering all of our questions.
