'Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough . '

The front desk wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a complimentary breakfast for our stay. We received calls and texts asking if anything was needed. Our needs were met immediately. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were very attentive and friendly. For our last night, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious! ...
