'Hotel is fine but the description is misleading and not transparent. Property is not on the beach. You have to go around private houses. Don’t trust the pictures. It says all inclusive but there are many hidden charges. It says amenities but nothing is actually available and you have to pay charges to use certain amenities. So it’s not all inclusive. 'Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all...

'I have very mixed feelings about my stay. The resort itself is beautiful, featuring three massive pools, and generally good food with smiling staff. However, the "behind the scenes" experience was exhausting, and by the end, I was actually ready to head home early. I moved to 3 different rooms within the first few days ( Room 1: Started with a toilet that wouldn't flush and a massive sink leak. Maintenance was intrusive, returning after I asked for privacy and leaving dirty boot prints behind....

'Octavio was very helpful and took care of us. The room was not clean. The floors of the bathroom were dirty as were the walls near the toilet. The jacuzzi tub is too high for climbing in and out unless you are over 5' 8" tall. There needs to be steps allowing for safe entry. I banged my leg the first time trying to get into the tub (while using a children's plastic step) and received a huge bruise when I slipped. My husband had to help me in and out of the tub from then on. I am 5'4" btw....

'Room was clean. The price is right. It’s clean but basic. There's towels but not soap, shampoo. Spacious room, tv, wifi, continental breakfast. Parking is infront ofnthe building in a non-gated area but it's safe. Its was good for me for one night.thank you. '

The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
