'The apartment was amazing! The rooms were clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedroom wasn’t working properly which is fine, stuff like that happens all the time. She refunded us a small sum which was nice! Overall, we had a great time!'

'Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! 'The property was perfect for our adult family. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy. The air conditioning was nice after the warm sunny days. The amenities such as the washer/dryer , outdoor supplies for the beach, stocked kitchen, and extra amenities were a thoughtful touch. You can drive to the beach, but we were hoping it would be closer. The air conditioner broke while we were there and a worker was in our place all day, but couldn't fix it.
