'Overall amazing experience. We had to book last minute lodging and the host, Nicole has been superb. She was so attentive, very responsive and super welcoming. The place looked like we are at a resort in Maldives and I was very satisfied with everything. We will definitely book again the next time we visit!'

'Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor!
