'The day after the Kona Low storm the open lobby was available for a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, even though everything around them was affected. 'Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain '

'Great hotel in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was great. Our flight wasn't until 6pm so they gave us the option of coming back to the hotel after we had gone snorkeling to shower and clean up. It was a great option for us. Highly recommend!!!'

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is.
