'No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room.
Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side.
This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around.
Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. '

'Property clean and staff friendly. No front desk or reception area. Didn't match the santuary vibes. Property is behind a car wash and deep into residential neighborhood. I wouldn't call this a resort. I left the Property in an hour and booked a different hotel in the area i really wanted to be in. Staff was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to give me another room. '

'The entire team at this prestigious resort were amazing. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax be sure to visit here. Film, the general manager is excellent and very welcoming. He made us feel at home with stories about his family and organised transfers for our onward journey too. Nothing was too much trouble. '
