"Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket was an amazing experience from start to finish! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices every morning, the location was perfect, and the swimming pools were beautiful and very relaxing. The kids especially loved the FunLab Digital Hub with the 4D movies and ball pit, it made the holiday extra special for our family. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended for families visiting Phuket!"

" There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. In Asia and Thailand you can find lots of 5 star resorts with outstanding service. This is not the one to go to. Really disappointed in the hotel, we left after 1 day, instead of 4. After mentioning at the reception we are leaving the fist thing presented was a form that we refrain from restitution. In my opinion they are more concerned about the money that the experience they deliver. Do yourself a big favor and book a different resort. There are so much beautiful resorts that deliver the experience you want to have. "

"Schone kamer heerlijk zachte bedden ,goede douche en bad, airco stil en krachtig. Vlak bij het strand fijn dak zwembad met prachtig uitzicht Een min puntje was dat er geen parasols bij de ligbedden stonden waar door het in de volle zon te heet wordt voor mij althans."
