'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'The hotel seems to be stuck in the past and desperately needs an upgrade. The bathroom was rusty, old, and outdated, while the food was delicious but limited in options. The pool was clean, and the staff was fantastic. However, I had an issue with my room, and Mr. Terrence handled the situation very quickly. To improve the overall experience, the hotel should offer more activities and update every room. Additionally, they should welcome staff at the entrance.'

'This resort was amazing and I have never been treated better. The property was beautiful, the gardens were amazing, the views were great. We loved our room, the dunk pool, the outdoor shower, the cabana. We will definitely be back.'

'Beaches were beautiful and the staff were quite friendly. Housekeeping was a bit slow(forgot towels on two days and took 45 minutes to receive new ones). Rooms were clean and well attended. As was the beach.'
