  • Fully remodeled and updated, our home is ideally suited for a romantic getaway, celebrating a special life milestone, those looking for a little laid-back downtime, and anyone wanting to enjoy Maui to its fullest potential. Our 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo is in the Royal Mauian, a South Maui condominium complex nestled on a promontory between two of South Maui's finest beaches, Kamaole I and Kamaole II. With an up-close and personal front-row view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, we offer luxurious accommodations as well as beautiful Maui sunsets, turtle and seasonal whale watching, all from your private lanai. Our unit is less than 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean and steps away from two post-card beaches for all your desired activities: sunbathing, ocean swimming & snorkeling, SUP, yoga, beach running and walking down to Wailea on the beach and ocean front paths.

    Royal Mauian 308 is the perfect beachfront vacation getaway for couples, whether traveling together or as part of a wider family or friend group. We also have additional contacts on the island if you are looking to book for more than 2 people, either at the Royal Mauian or our other upscale property at the Maui Kamaole (VRBO #215146), a 15-minute walk away.

    Our property is managed directly by the Faris family and has been in our family for over 40 years. To you, our guest, we provide extensive on-island support, via our on-island contacts, telephone, text, and email. We had such an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, super clean, and honestly even better than we expected. We completely fell in love with the area and already want to come back someday. Everything about the trip felt relaxing and special, and this was the perfect place to stay while making those memories. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We just enjoyed a week at this lovely condo. It was hard to leave! Gorgeous setting, many whale sightings while relaxing on the lanai, great swimming, really well appointed kitchen and many thoughtful touches throughout. Our host was most helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to future trips to this great place.

The oceanfront setting is truly special—the views from the lanai overlooking West Maui were absolutely stunning and something we enjoyed every day.Kevin was an exceptional host with outstanding communication. That level of care stood out and made our stay even better.The location is ideal for exploring the island. It’s easy to head up to West Maui, venture into Upcountry, relax at the beaches just outside the condo or further south of Kihei, or make your way to Paia and the Road to Hana. Having such convenient access to so many parts of Maui made this a perfect home base.The condo itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and easy to settle into. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! The condo itself was so clean and perfectly located. It was even better than the photos! Perfect Oceanfront Location

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. The condo has everything you need for a beach day and the beach is just a short walk from the front of the complex. The hosts are caring and responsive and have great suggestions/recommendations. Perfect vacation

The property is impeccable, modern amenities and not to mention the perfect location. The sunsets are perfect. The unit faces the trade trade winds, so you get a constant breeze thru, no need to use the air conditioning which is available. As a long time visitor of Kihei, this was my first time at this building, and this owner knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate, stay at this unit, its magical.

First time in Maui!

This place is outstanding and the property is managed to perfection. Kevin has every detail thought out, everything is up to date, and he's very easy to communicate with. A perfect place for two, to either relax at the property or explore the island. Bed is super comfy, the condo is quiet, parking is easy, and the view is spectacular. Unless you want a resort experience or want to stay on another part of the island, this is a perfect option.

Spectacular Views!

This condo offers a full oceanfront view of Kamaole Beach Park I as well as amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Views from the rooftop patio of Haleakala on one side and the sweeping ocean view on the other are stunning. The condo is exactly as advertised, comfortable and very well equipped. A slice of Heaven

My husband and I loved our stay at Kevin's place. Everything was as noted. The view is amazing! You can't get better views of the ocean than the view from this condo! The kitchen had all the upgrades and amenities that you would need if you wanted to make all your meals to eat at the condo / beach. The whole condo felt comfortable and stylish. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful Vacation at a Great Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Royal Mauian. You can't beat the location with ocean and beach views and many shopping and food options within easy walking distance. The property was clean and updated and came stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner Kevin was easy to deal with and he gave us a lot of great ideas for activities around the island. We will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Maui.

Honeymoon!

Kevin is an incredible host! He messaged us well before our trip to check in with us, gave us great recommendations for food, and gave us a late check out based on our late flight home. The condo itself is very nice. Kevin has it stocked with anything and everything you might need included spices for cooking. You have a perfect view of the sunset each night and can even see turtles swimming near the shore. You are in a perfect location with places to eat and shop right across the street while the beaches are right next door. We had an amazing trip and highly recommend staying here!
