'This was our third stay at the HI Gajah Mada and we loved it again. Booked a premier room which was spacious and located at the cornerend of the floor. Super friendly staff, front desk, concierge, restaurant crew, housekeeping people and all those I forgot to mention. Special thanks to chef Yadi for serving off menu delights. We will be back next year!!!'

'The location is very convenience. Its easy to go out for eat. Room is big and nice. Variety of breakfast is also more than enough. The personels is also friendly and helpfull. Have nothing to complaint about this hotel. Just onething that I have surprise. And thats about the check in. They say check in is 3 p.m. I came round after 3. 'Stayed in a good room that was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The hotel staff is very helpful. There are a few minor areas that could be improved. The toilet keeps running. The flush button needs to be pressed twice or thrice. Washing your clothes via the hotel is a bit pricey. You don’t get that added perfume smell either. Getting a massage there when you had a long trip is worth it. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.'
