'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Very clean rooms and kind staff. The breakfast was delicious and it was enjoyable to sit in the courtyard to eat and enjoy a morning coffee. Location is great to walk to many shops and restaurants as well. Would highly recommend!'

'Front desk was amazing. Spoke amazing English and very helpful speaking to drivers on our behalf. Took care of minor tasks we needed immediately. Restaurant staff, (not the manager), could be friendlier, but their manager up there was so fun and nice and always smiling.'

'Goeie centrale ligging tussen enerzijds Thamel en anderzijds het iets moderne winkelcentrum. Leuk terras met zwembad boven op het dak. Schoon hotel en goed sanitair is een verademing na trektocht Manaslu.'

'For its location close to people I was meeting, hotel Himalaya is my choice always. This time I noticed they have done some renovation to the lobby and úpgrade if lift, that is good, but after check in I do noticed that the room is tied, bathroom also need upgrade - shower head is old and not one would expect on a premium hotel. Electrical had been around for a long time and a more complete upgrade of room is truly needed. Hence my rating of only good this time.'

'De medewerkers zijn stuk voor stuk ontzettend vriendelijk. Je merkt the real Nepali hospitality. Geen vraag is te gek, er wordt graag met je meegedacht. Het hotel is een mooie mix van modern gemixt met authentieke invloeden. De kamer was ruim en de douche was heerlijk! Vergeet het terras op de zesde verdieping niet. Het uitzicht is heel mooi. '

'Heerlijk gegeten. Bediening was zeer behulpzaam. Kamer had alle voorzieningen, de douche was nogal warm helaas kon je dit niet zelf fatsoenlijk regelen (te koud of te warm)'
