Welcome to our spacious Liberty retreat, perfect for family gatherings, group trips, and special occasions. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

The main level and upper floor offer comfortable gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area, and a cozy sitting room on the main level that doubles as a bedroom with a sleeper sofa. It’s the perfect spot for reading, games, or catching up with family and friends. The upper level includes four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests.

The finished walkout basement provides additional space to spread out and have fun, featuring a pool table, a bedroom with twin beds, a full bathroom, and a Murphy bed that conveniently folds away when not in use.

Step outside and enjoy the private outdoor living space. Relax in the 6-person hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill on the spacious deck, or gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars.

Check-Out Procedures
To ensure a smooth transition and maintain the quality of the property, please adhere to the following check-out procedures:

Trash Removal: Please ensure that all trash is removed from the property and disposed of in the designated bins.

Dishwasher: Start the dishwasher before departing.

Linens and Bedding: Leave beds unmade and place used linens on the beds to facilitate laundering.

Yard Maintenance: Ensure that any animal feces in the yard are picked up. A $100 fee will be charged if this is not completed.

Appliances: Turn off all lights, fans, and electronic devices before leaving.

Thermostat: Set the thermostat to 72°F before you depart.

Key Return: Return all keys, access cards, and garage door openers to their designated locations. A replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned items.

Personal Belongings: Check all drawers, closets, and shelves for personal items. We are not responsible for belongings left behind.

Damage and Issues: Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to assist us in addressing them promptly.

Final Inspection: Conduct a final walk-through of the property to ensure everything is in order before your departure.
