'This little cottage had everything we needed for a couple of days of exploring Paia and the beach. Easy walking distance to town and a much longer walk to the beach. Avis was very responsive and friendly.'

The AC worked great, and the view from the patio was just beautiful. The beach is right across the street and honestly one of the best around. 'The property has a shared backyard with another rental. The BBQ, backyard, and hot tub are potentially shared with strangers and no notice is given of that in the listing or by the host during the stay. '

'The neighborhood is a nice quiet area, with shops & places to eat within a minute walk. The driveway is a bit tricky, but opens up to a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space. The house itself was very clean & neat, and the rooms all fit our needs. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed a week! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path but still be able to see everything you want!'

'We arrived in rain that did not stop. Our host was amazing. Let us check in a little early. Unfortunate for us we came during the worst rain in decades. Lost power, had limited back up power which was more than most had. Our host helped us the whole way through it. Found some amazing people that accepted us "out of towners" with friendliness.Great Community, only wish we could have done more!'

'The host was very responsive and came over quickly to fix the gate opener. The kitchen had storage containers for fresh food and leftovers which was very helpful. I can’t imagine being in a better location on the island either. '
