'Liked the pools, waterslide, view, beach, Duke's, sunset, staff was friendly, able to get towels at any time, we were able to get pool lounge chairs even though we got out late, bell service is fast, friendly, and courteous. Maintenance was fast, as well. We had an ocean view but it was just partial ocean view. We upgraded from mountain view. Overall, we had a great time. '

'Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and quick to take care of whatever we asked for. Hotel restaurant was great with unbelievable sunset views every evening. Snorkeling in front of the hotel was great and the pop up craft fair brought quality vendors right to us. Loved it and will return again!'

'Too many pools that kids are allowed in. The adult pool at the Westin next door was small and people walked through the area constantly no privacy no music no bar Everything closed too early !!! '

'Overall, great day service housekeeping was not available daily and when they went, it was not the best. The floors were wet and they didn’t stock up on your utility stuff.'
