'We had such a great stay at Impression Isla Mujeres and would definitely come back. From the moment we arrived, everything was so easy. The catamaran transfer and check-in process were seamless, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and welcoming. He waited on us and brought food, drinks etc to us while floating in the ocean We never had to ask for anything he anticipated what we were wanting before even asking. and walked into the water to bring it too us also gotta say Richie, Ricardo, Louis and Miguel were awesome. They took care of us at the bar and in the dining room. amazing staff Regarding mia. just know. the rooms are clean not updated. but the ocean is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond'
