'WOWWW… I would give this place 10 starts if I could! We were blown away by the beautiful views, the delicious food and the phenomenal service. From the moment we got to the dock, it was absolutely amazing. The catamaran ride was so relaxing and beautiful.
Our butlers, ERICK & EDGAR were AMAZING. So attentive & so helpful. They made the whole trip go by so smoothly. Showed us around the resort and booking/canceling reservations. They were there for anything we needed.

'Small quiet resort, not the place for party people. Amazing place to snorkel with beautiful clear water and sandy bottom.
This was my third visit to the resort and probably my last. The management team was not friendly or helpful like they used to be and some of the staff made my family feel like we were an inconvenience when making basic requests. We are polite and tip well, so I’m not sure what brought on the change… time to explore some new options. '

'The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '
