« Our suite was lovely. I appreciated that there was no television. We enjoyed the small pool. Jeannette, who checked us in, was so much fun to talk to. Like everyplace in PR that we visited, Old Crow is very clean. It's a large facility, and upkeep must be a challenge. A few areas could use a refresh. « This hotel was one of our favorite things about a 10-day trip to PR. We we loved the quiet retreat, including being able to stargaze and hear the birds. The open-air style of the room was fantastic -- we stayed dry during rain and saw very few bugs. Carmen and her team are friendly and helpful. The pool is also beautiful! It was well worth the stay a few minutes outside of either town. »

« We had a party of 7 of varying ages from 11 to 52. Almost everyone had their private accommodations throughout the property. The property is 3 levels with an apartment on the lower level, poolside and the remaining living spaces on the main level. Two private apartments were on this level and the main house with the a large living room, large kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms with on suites. "Nice place with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the staff seemed little bit cold when we arrived. Kelly hung up on us on the phone and was angry because they weren't able to join us before our arrival. We did the reservation.We came at 2PM the day of our reservation. We did nothing wrong .They tried to give us a lesson because we did not communicate with them before. Come on we are in our holiday don't try messing with your guess like that. Other than that we had everything we need and place was clean."
