'The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. There was enough space for us with our two sons. The photos on the listing are old photos so the exterior and some of the furniture is different. A couple of small improvements would be more comfortable indoor and outdoor sofas and some new pillows. The owner was very responsive. Miriam, the caretaker, was willing to meet a grocery delivery service prior to our arrival on Christmas Eve, eliminating some stress for us. One big...

'This was a wonderful property to stay at for our family. Location was amazing - away from the busy hub of tourists and daily visitors from Cancun, the place is very spacious and clean, and the views are breathtaking. It’s a perfect place to disconnect from daily life and enjoy the beauty and sound of the waves. The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Check-in process is seamless, recommendations for activities and vetted vendors are great. '

'I couldn’t recommend this stay enough. It truly felt like we hit the jackpot with this gorgeous home. My partner and I went on our 5 year anniversary and everything was perfect. The communication with the host was prompt and seamless. We were in the heart of everything, close to the Aki convenience store and got to wake up and come home to the sound of the ocean daily. 'My family of 5 stayed here. I had a hard time at check-in because I was not given the code for the second set of keys that opens the master bedroom. I did not hear back until late the first night to receive the second code. The air conditioner stopped working. We were told they would come and fix it, but that never happened. Pictures show pool bars, but there was never anyone there to serve drinks. We had two towels per bathroom for a six night stay! I would suggest looking elsewhere!'

'First of all we love this property. The location away from the busy north is amazing. Private beach... awesome. Room was cold and clean. Some things i think that others staying there that we talked to didn't seem to realize. These are apartments not necessarily a hotel. You need fresh towels you got to ask. Run out of toilet paper go down to chedrui and get some. Yes there is maid service IF YOU ASK..... otherwise they assume you're good. Think of this more as staying in your own place and...

'This property was amazing. We loved the privacy, yet close proximity to all of the local and touristy places. The pool was so relaxing and nice to come home to after being at the beach all day. We will for sure be back sooner rather than later. '
