'Accomodatie zelf is net, ruim en in orde. A/C is wel slecht gepositioneerd en zelf heb ik de ventilatievinnen veranderd van richting om niet rechtstreeks op het bed te blazen. Anderzijds is diezelfde ventilatie heel luidruchtig, zelfs in de laagste stand. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en verrassend.
Aan de andere kant is de omgeving jammergenoeg (dus buiten het hotel) niet fris ruikend. De omgeving zelf ziet er wel goed uit.'

2 Ontbijt variatie is heel erg bekrompen en weinig keuze.
3 De kamer was goed maar de kruimels van de vorige gast lag nog op het bureau.

Vriendelijk receptie en security personeel.
Goede ligging tov terminal 3 NAIA (bij Newport).
Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker.

'Everything was okay. I had a great stay and the staff and extremely helpful during my stay. My only problem was I booked a non-smoking room but everytime I come back to my room after a clean, it always smell like cigs. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Will stay again'

'Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around.
Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later.'

'Nice stay and clean room. Staff were excellent. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city lights at night. Most friendliest and knowledgeable staff at the towel counter. He’s superb. Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating'

'I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As soon as I entered the hallway, there was a strange and unpleasant smell, which I also noticed in the room. After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.'

'Close to sm Fairview mall
Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice .
The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin .
Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.'

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '
