Hôtel près de Centre commercial Infinity Mall (Mumbai)

« We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Moxy Hotel. The experience was awful from start to finish. The hotel was dirty, overwhelmingly perfumed, and the strong artificial scent gave me a terrible headache. The location was also very disappointing, and the hotel had absolutely no welcoming atmosphere. The decor was unpleasant and far from the stylish, inviting experience one would expect. Quite honestly, we could not believe this hotel was part of the Marriott group. We have stayed...

« Great staff, great faciliities, good food and clean hotel.. »

« Each time am in Mumbai am staying for a few days in Mantra Hostel and the moment am reaching it after the long journey I have the feeling of being "back home". The staff are excellent: kind, helpful, patient. Rooms are very clean as well as beds and bathrooms. The very location is cool as well, offering a quick access to the airport, train stations or long distance bus stops. Also, the travellers who choose Mantra are mostly very friendly, inspiring and energetic, it is easy to make friends here...

« Pour un hôtel de cette classe, nous étions décus: propre, mais pas soigné, service peu attentif par rapport aux demandes que nous avons formulées (et nous ne sommes pas exigeants), toilettes défectueuses, piscine pas très propre (caca de pigeons) et sans serviettes à disposition, personnel dépassé par les événements pour rien (8 tables occupés au petit déjeuner, c'était trop pour 2 serveurs, ils étaient en stress...), une gestion de l'établissement à la hâte. Dommage. »

« mosquito, poor and limited service, limited food option, unsafe »

« It's a very good option for a few days. »

« The stay was comfortable and safe. The room was clean, well maintained, and the ambience inside the hotel was good. The entrance area and the lift could be improved, as they did not reflect the quality of the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, including for women travelers. »

« Worth stay taken and good »

« Nice property staff very good and very helpful »

« It's good hotel at 1500 but not more than that. »

« They changed our booking to another hotel at the last moment. We were helpless to make another booking of our own as we were boarding the flight when we received the message about change of hotel from Alfa suite staff. When we reached the hotel,we were shocked. It was a sort of lodge like set up.We had already paid Alfa suites the full payment in advance but on Vacating the room they asked us to pay the bill ,as they didn’t receive payment from Alfa suite. We showed them the payment details we made...

« My experience with the hotel I booked through Expedia was profoundly disappointing due to a range of issues that underscore a lack of professionalism. Upon entering my room, I was surprised to find myself sharing the space with another guest, separated only by a flimsy curtain, which significantly compromised my sense of privacy. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, presenting an unkempt environment that was unacceptable for any accommodation. In my attempt to access the...
