Great stay at Broad Ripple!

This is a beautiful property! Even larger and nicer than the pics. It was meticulously clean, spacious, well appointed with what we needed, and the perfect location close to restaurants and shops in Broad Ripple. Great view of Broad Ripple and the Monon Trail from the balcony too. Yes, the check in process was a bit tedious, but once we had everything set up it was fine. The only thing I would change is the key fob situation. With only 1 key fob to enter the building and elevator, we were always having to hand off the key fob when coming and going. You couldn’t just run back to the apartment when shopping or walking around. Overall we loved the place and our visit to Broad Ripple! Thank you!

Really great spot!

I was here only one night with my husband, we walked here from the venue directly after our wedding lol, and it was so nice walking around and being in the heart of broad ripple and getting coffee the next day. Only thing that was a little annoying was the fob situation, but it kinda makes sense. The place felt super safe and it's probably because of how hard it it is so hard to get in!

Looked just like picture! Beautiful and clean

It was a great neighborhood, and it looked just like the pictures. Checkout was so easy. Although, there is no parking, so you have to pay for the included parking, and the parking directions were hard to follow along with check-in process was a lot. It was a scavenger hunt, but the manager answered my check-in questions innediately!

A mixed review

Our experience was very mixed. The place, itself, was very nice and the location was very good. There were a few noisy evenings because of the nearby entertainment, but being close to everything made up for it. The extra bathrooms were handy. Communication (or should I say lack of communication) with the property manager was frustrating on many occasions. There was never an actual person to speak with, and messaging was very slow. Checking in and checking out was too complex. We also had to pay an extra $60.00 to have two fobs (although we paid for two people to stay there.) Besides that, the kitchen utensils were incomplete. There was not even a can opener or a cork screw

I have stayed several times at this condo and it has always been a great rental. The condo is very comfortable, it has nice views and is in a perfect location.

Great location & space, highly disappointing details

Location is great & apt is nice, but the LR furniture is for looks only. Only 1 key fob provided for 3 adults - horribly inconvenient. No TP in any of the bathrooms when we arrived. I pd for garage parking but the garage fob never worked, tried getting help for 3 days but they basically kept blaming me for some bizarre reason. HORRIBLE. Worst of all I noticed the morning of checkout that my bedsheets had several stains that were 100% impossible to be from me.

Wonderful property, great neighborhood

I loved the apartment, it was exactly as described. Located in a very nice neighborhood, within walking distance to shops and restaurants; small grocery store nearby. Very clean and very safe. Our only issue was the check-in, we needed the elevator fab to get in and it was not where it was supposed to be; we contacted the property manager and had to wait close to an hour for a response, to find out the instructions on line were not updated and the fab was securely saved in another safety box outside the location. Once we got that figured out everything else was great.

Nice condo and great location.

Very nice condo. Two nice rooms and a good kitchen and living room. Great location with access to tons of restaurants, etc. Parking currently a little challenging due to construction. Not bad noise from bars outside. The owners portal is also a little challenging to figure out, but they respond quickly and are helpful. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Great location with a great view

This is a great apartment that is located right on the river and features a great view of Broad Ripple. Clean and comfortable it was a great stay. Only issue was getting into the apartment was like a treasure hunt. Key lock box is with other lockboxes, the elevator requires a fob, then a journey down a twisting hallway. To be honest it makes the whole experience kinda fun and a great story.

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The view from the windows is beautiful. TV was great and laundry was excellent. We used the paid underground parking, which was very convenient. Our family visitors found plenty of street parking as well. Two things were a bit frustrating and could easily resolved: 1.The air mattress in bedroom number one leaked so we couldn't use it. 2 There were no blankets available for the air mattresses. We borrowed from family. Aside from these problems, we enjoyed our stay very much and would return in the future.

Broad Ripple 2br

The property was very clean! It was great to have an in-unit washer & dryer. There were no futons in the bedrooms as the listed stated. There were inflatable mattresses provided but only two pillowcases available and no other bedding for these inflatable mattresses. We had to make a run to Target to buy sheets after contacting the owner but no help was given. It was very inconvenient to only have one key fob available for four adults staying in the unit. It is not communicated ahead of time there will only be one key and I was told later I could pay $60 for an additional key.

Cutest rental with the best view!

YES!! We had a blast at my 3 daughters bday weekend. This rental is so cute and spacious. The view and location are ideal and we will definitely be staying here again. Communication was excellent with any questions that came up. Again, thank you, and seriously great place!
