« Very much enjoyed the location for journeys to the local beaches. We liked the outside space and inside particularly the sizeable wet room/ shower but the living area was a little small for us. Enjoyed the places to walk round in the property and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout. The outside area was enclosed enough for our dog but a small dog could potentially get under the gate »

« The cottage was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool, games room and tennis courts which were on site. There did seem to be a slight overload of rules and reminders, but we did have a really lovely time, and the location was ideal for trips out to the north Norfolk coast. »

« Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. »
