'Sunshine Cozy Cottages was an amazing stay and the cottages were super cute! The owners are super friendly and kind. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes depending on traffic conditions so it is very convenient. '

Beach is super close so you can easily walk back and forth for food, bathroom, etc. Also a close walk to all the restaurants and shopping in Clearwater Beach. Captain was super responsive when we had to message him. The whole vibe is very laid back and friendly!'

'This was such an amazing property. A delightful walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of downtown Dunedin. Yet a quiet neighborhood to come home to. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Lovely touch to have coffee, tea and creamer available. Our host was readily available if we needed anything...but the cottage had everything we needed. Our first trip to Dunedin was wonderful and hope to return again. '
