Nestled among the trees, this private, pet friendly and peaceful villa is the ideal place for you to kick back and relax. Follow the brick path to the private courtyard. Enter the villa through the key-less front door – no waiting for or worrying about losing your keys!

Being an end unit, this villa presents itself with 2 large patio doors, extra light, and 2 private patios. The enclosed courtyard is the perfect place for your pet to safely roam the outdoors while you sip your cup of coffee or take in the stars.

Want to stay in? The kitchen is updated and well equipped to make cooking easy. Dine at the large counter height table or gather here for snacks, conversation and/or games. Comfortable furnishings provide the perfect place to sit back while you stream your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Board games, movies, cards, cable, and wireless internet are provided for your entertainment.

Want a beach day? Folly Field Beach is a stone’s throw away with restrooms on the boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, sand toys, noodles and umbrellas are provided for your beach enjoyment. Lifeguards are on duty March through September and your furry friend is welcome to join you before 9am or after 5pm during the busy months! Off-season, dogs are welcome anytime. If you don’t like sand in your shoes, relax by the shaded pool. The clubhouse has restrooms and grills you can use.

Need some adventure? We provide you with brochures, menus, event flyers, coupon books, and maps to find your perfect adventure! Shop, golf, tennis, pickleball, dine, kayak, jet ski, bike ride, para-sail, dolphin watch, boat tours, ghost stories in the cemetery, and so much more – nothing is too far away from this villa. Hilton Head Island offers something for everyone.

Ready to recharge? Head upstairs to the three bedrooms with neutral decor. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, dresser, double closets, blackout shades, smart TV for streaming and private bathroom. Bedroom two includes a king size bed, smart TV and oversize closet with organizer. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms two and three share a large updated full bath. A full size washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hall for your convenience.

Such a perfect getaway!!

First of all let’s talk location. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The pool is a minute away as it is across the parking lot and the trolley stop is across the street and takes you to shopping and Coligny beach!! The condo itself is so nice. It has anything you would need. All the creature comforts of home. The beds are soft and the bathrooms are clean. We had fun at night playing the games provided( some you can’t even get anymore. I have stayed in quite a few condos here and other places and by far this was the best. It is staying on my favorites!’

Lovely villa with thoughtful amenities

Clean and bright and near the beach. It had everything needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the little things-electronic charging pads, plenty of outlets. The welcome toiletries and towels and tissues folded into flower presentations made it feel very special and pretty. Would definitely recommend.

Family Reunion

My family enjoyed our stay. Property was close to beach and host provided extra beach chairs. We reached out to Christy because battery in door lock was low and she had in taken care of in minutes. The property pool was a little disappointing, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean updated dog- friendly townhome

Updated end unit townhome with lots of light and within walking distance of the beach. The furnishings were in great condition. Truly enjoyed our stay. Has everything you need, even chargers. Perhaps the only thing that might need replaced is the beach cart. That won’t stop me from giving this place 5 stars. Would certainly go back!

2024 Family Time

We really enjoyed out time in Hilton Head. It was our annual vacation with our adult children. The place was clean, conveniently located to the beach and room to hang out as a family. The main inconvenience for us was that all the bedrooms were on the second floor. This is probably me when booking, but was looking for a place that had the main bedroom on the main level as my husband has bad knees and struggles with stairs. But he survived! The pool was closed the first couple of days and was so shaded, that I did not even use it after it did open and that is one of the reasons I booked there. But again, not a deal breaker! The beach was close and loved that you had chairs, umbrella and a wagon available. Made going to the beach much easier! Thanks you for being a great Host!

Could use a deep clean but enjoyed our stay!

We have been coming to HHI for the last 4 years and this has been my favorite place. Loved the location, very nice area with very short walk to the pool and beach. Could use a deep cleaning, but overall enjoyed the place and the comfortable bedding and couches, the beach/pool gear and the size of the villa. The A/c did not work very good upstairs and could’ve been cooler for sure but could’ve just been where it was SO hot outside. WE would definitely stay here again.

Exceeds expectations

We stayed here for a family vacation for a week. It was our first time ever coming to Hilton Head Island. This property has all the comforts of home with everything you need for vacation. 10/10 super clean, walking distance to the beach. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else book here. Great Condo

We had the best time on our family vacation. Condo literally has everything you need. Christy has thought of it all even down to stairs and bowls for your dogs which was nice bc our Yorkie is small and uses stairs at home. Kitchen was fully stocked, private front area for dogs and bikes and a quick walk down to beach access.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our family trip to Hilton Head. We fell in love with the beautiful foliage and beach. The townhouse is set underneath a couple amazing trees. It accommodated us perfectly. We picked up some fresh food at the local seafood stand and had some great dinners. We used the grill for steaks, burgers, and sausages. The living room had a big couch and chairs along with a large TV for the kids to chill after dark. We loved it so much we booked again. Kitchen was fully stocked. We brought kitchen items but ended up not needing them.

Great place, walkable to beach

This is our second year in a row staying at this townhouse. We love how its an end unit socits fairly quiet, and is a very pet friendly neighborhood. We had a great visit with plenty of room as a family of 4 with 2 pups. The beach is a short walk away, and is also dog friendly. Thanks for another great stay!
