'This was a simple stay but SO nice. I had everything I needed. There was treats and water you can get 24/7 where you check in. The rooms had little things you don’t think about that made it very convenient. Like even pump soap at the sink. And a good sized refrigerator ! Everything felt clean. And room was nice and cold. Will def return. All you need for a little beach getaway.'

'There was an unpleasant smell in the room, a musty smell. The air conditioner is entirely inside the room, both the indoor and outdoor units, and it hums very loudly. 'Overall good accommodations. We had concerns over past reviews about the bed being broken. Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. I sent pictures and status of the bed and a few othe things to them after check in but no reply. The bed has a crack in the rail and...

'The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.'

'The room was large and updated, very nice. Issues: on first day there, there was a small broken piece of glass found on floor by bed that cut my husband’s foot. Then we found 2 random pills on floor when looking for the piece of glass. 2nd day- we were about to go to bed and saw a large cockroach run across the wall. 'The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. '

'Accessibility is a plus. It is close to the beach, restaurants, gas station, bike rental and bike path. The property was easy to locate and access. The condo was spacious enough for my family. The extras such as beach towels, chairs, toys and stroller saved us trunk space for road travel. Instructions were clear for check in and amenities. '
