« I picked this property because it is across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is a studio with enough space to store your belongings, shower, and sleep. AC and fan worked. Wi-Fi was good. No dedicated parking but I didn’t have trouble finding a spot. Shower was outdated and could use some minor improvements. Overall clean. Did not use the pools. »

« We had an incredible stay! This is in the perfect location, walkable to Seaside and a short drive to any other 30A location! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay for our family vacation! Though tiny, this home had everything we needed and didn’t feel too tight for our needs! Just steps to the beach, it really is the complete package! We highly recommend! »

« This place was wonderful – just like the online description and the location could not have been better! Very clean and terrific amenities! The only feedback might be the instructions provided – they could be a little more specific to the place, for example there’s no parking pass required for the property, but the instructions state that you would be towed if you don’t have a parking pass. There is also no washer/dryer, but instructions stay to put the bedding into the washing machine. Other...

« It’s in the perfect place because it’s located just one block away from downtown and downstairs you have get little restaurants and shops. Outdoor music and bars. »

« This property is exactly as described. The welcome starter kit was a surprise and we found the Villa was close to everything we wanted to do. The beach acess is across the street, the pool is very refreshing in the eveing and the laundry room was clean and convenient. We will be returning to this Villa in the very near future. »

Not only did the studio have every single item we needed, it was immaculate, beautifully decorated as well as perfectly located just steps from the pool and restaurants. Not only that, the check in process and details provided prior to check in was incredible! The owners provide a portal app for easy access to every detail of our stay and promptly responded to any questions via text. We highly recommend!! »

« Walk across the street right to the beach, this place is perfect. neat view out the back balcony of a little spot that reminds you of Jimmy Buffet. Three Little Birds was absolutely charming and VERY well appointed.
