« We had a great time overall! Pickleball courts and pool were the absolute highlights of the trip, with everyone getting in on the fun. The house was gorgeous with the sunroom being a bit hit every morning! Thanks! »

« Great place for a group of 7, especially with kids & have the bunk beds. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. « Great location, very cozy and comfortable little spot near the USNA. Excellent communication, very clean, and easy check in process. The road is a bit noisy at night so plan for white noise options. The owner provides ear plugs for super light sleepers- but we slept fine with white noise on our iPhones. Great access to Uber/Lyft so if you can avoid bringing a vehicle - it makes life easier. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Our family (teens and adults) enjoyed staying here as a base to explore all the sights of dc. It was in a great location- about 1.5 mile walk to the sights and so close to a grocery store! Everything we needed was here. Would recommend! »

« My wife and I visited Annapolis to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we could NOT have asked for a better 'home base' while we explored Annapolis.We kept remarking throughout our stay that the place was just perfect. « What a great location for an awesome vacation rental. The three floors of the house is amazing and the views of the bay a huge added bonus. The house is well equipped, and you can tell that the owners stay there part time.The layout allows for socializing and fun on the middle level with a sitting areas and screened in porch while others can find some peace and quiet if needed on the upper or lower floorsThe private beach access is awesome and a true benefit. Will look to find this place again...

« Cute cottage in quiet neighborhood for a get away to the Eastern shore. Description is accurate and Mary was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Accommodated us comfortably, seven people. We were at the house for only morning/ breakfast and night/sleeping. Did not use many of the amenities, hot tub, washer/dryer, patio, lower level etc. Management was very helpful with any questions or issues we had. »

« We had a great stay at this lovely DC row home! It was conveniently located close to RFK fields, downtown, and Georgetown—perfect for all the places we needed to be. The home had plenty of space for three adults and a child, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Being closer to central DC, there was a bit of city noise, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Ubers were always just a few minutes away. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze.
