Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. « The property was perfect for our family of 16 - the 2nd floor kitchen, living area and outdoor deck were ideal for a group of our size.
