'The staff was very helpful with setting up the shuttle and cab we needed. We had some other questions/issues and they were very eager to help with that as well. The room was super nice and modern. However, the walls seemed rather thin because we could hear the guests in the adjacent rooms very well. The price was very good and the vicinity to the airport was super handy.'

'I typically avoid staying in motels, but had no choice. This was was affordable, clean, had no smell, and the staff was very friendly. They have gated and patrol security, and made it clear that they do not tolerate any illegal activity. I actually enjoyed my stay!'

'Prima kamer als je er alleen komt om te slapen/douche. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten om Seattle te ontdekken. Binnen 15 minuten sta je met de bus vanaf het hotel in de binnenstad. Vriendelijke vrouw bij de receptie. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd. Onze kamer stonk erg naar oude rooklucht.'

'1) the bed was ok, but the metal shield that was at the edge of the bed was too close to the edge and too noisy if you hit it 2) the floor has settled, and the drawer to the very nice chest would not stay shut. but the maintenance man got me two shims which you see, and the drawers stayed shut like they should 3) ANTS - your office staff wanted to spray for ants. I've been in pest control and YOU CANNOT SPRAY FOR ANTS !!!!!!! They walk across it and are not affected. we bought and bait and...
