'Net hotel, maar geen 4 sterren waardig. Geen room service (wel een picknick service met broodjes van de Starbucks beneden). Geen badjassen. Meer een soort Novotel. Netjes maar eenvoudig. '

'De lokatie is top (dichtbij Pike Market), het hotel zie er verzorgd uit en de kamers hebben een speelse indeling. Het is fijn dat er inloopdouches zijn. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het naast gelegen restaurant serveert lekkere maaltijden en ook een uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeren kan niet op eigen terrein en zal in een publieke parkeergarage moeten plaats vinden. Vanwege het lawaai op straat nauwelijks kunnen slapen. '

'Mooi, modern hotel. Kamers waren ruim en schoon. In de omgeving was veel te doen. Enige nadeel is dat ze de kamers om de dag schoonmaken, in plaats van elke dag. '

'The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again.'
