« Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is under going improvements and remodeling so there were rolls of carpet in the hallways but everything very well maintained. Room comfortable, well furnished (including mini refrigerator and microwave) and large in size. Bed comfortable. AC worked well and much needed given outdoor temperatures. Bathroom is a bit cozy :) (aka small). Location perfect for nearby family reunion. Did not use pool but it looked amazing. Also did not try free...

« Charged me twice for the wrong room. Had to contact Expedia to help straighten out. Toilet clogged before we got there. No blankets for beds. Several bags of trash in second level stairwell. Several used tires near back entrance. Elevator out of order. Weeds everywhere. »

« This hotel was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like a smoke shack. The carpet in our room was sticky and turned your feet black if you walked barefoot. It also looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. Only 2 out of the 6 lights above the bathroom sink worked. There were empty beer bottles under the bed. Car air fresheners hanging from the lamp. The pool wasn't open at all. The breakfast was a joke with options of eggs and sausage and waffles that tasted...

« I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading. Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that...

« Most staff was very nice however breakfast was always out of something and you had to wait to get it (ie milk, waffle mix), we stayed 5 days they did not refresh our room once, conditioner and Kleenex empty. Staff member called me and was getting loud and upset about their own mix up. I brought towels down to get fresh ones day 4 and I was told to bring them back up and leave them in the hall. They sat there for 2 days with our garbage. Very mediocre stay except for the kind staff the first 3...
