'Clean and comfortable stay'

'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Very clean, extras like a wet wipe for the TV remote, a gift bag for each guest when we arrived at check in, Room and all areas were very clean. I felt safe staying there. The price was also very affordable.'

'i chose this property because it was close to places to eat and parking lot accommodated parking for my pickup and trailer, also agent made allowances and giving me a first floor room.'

'The area around the window was literally falling off. The bar of hand soap in the bathroom crumbled into pieces when I opened it. The liquid soap container in the shower was empty. The bed, bathroom, and floors were clean.'

'Property seemed to be in good condition. Only complaint we have is the breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine didn't work, only one working waffle iron, the pop machine was out of order , ice maker was out of order , maybe 6 small slices of bread for toast. Needless to say we didn't get breakfast there.'

'This hotel doubles as a halfway house... residence have pets. Place smells like cat pee and cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting...we didn't even stay, walked into our UNCLEANED room and walked back out.'

'The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful.'

'Good room in a budget for a one night stay. Hot tub was out of commission which was disappointing but otherwise no issues'
