Traveled with the family including 2 kids under 12. Check in was redundant - Had to check in via link sent in email then again upon arriving. Tedious to enter the same address per guest. We could not have our luggage shipped there as there are no employees on site. There is no luggage holding either which was clear on the website. When booking, was not able to book breakfast or dinner which was a blessing in disguise.It appears you would have to heat the food yourself in the microwave oven. Thereâs not much to do around the property. Restaurants in the area (10min car ride) all need reservations day/weeks in advanced, so plan ahead! The nearest convenience store is an uphill walk - we ended up taking a taxi to and from. The unit offers pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Does not provide body lotion of skin care products as other places do. It does have all the appliances you need but warning, clothes in the dryer do not dry at all. Youâre better off hanging to dry your clothes on the balcony (Traveled in July). Onsen was nice but nothing to write home about. Shower was amazing! Beds were comfortable too. Overall my stay was comfortable but I would have preferred to book something with Keiseki dinner and breakfast served on site or somewhere near Lake Ashi or within Gora. Also, massage services here book up quickly. We were not able to enjoy them as we waited too late to make a reservation.
