Each bedroom has a full bathroom, closet, and dual keyed access to the villa's exterior and interior spaces, along with each suites' unique features, including:
"Master bedroom" custom princess canopy bed, interior and exterior sitting areas integrated via a wall of sliding glass, dual vanity, jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower
"Spa room" custom upholstered zen style bed, private patio with outdoor "bali-style" natural Costa Rican stone soaking bathtub, desk/work station, rain shower
"Circle room" with (1) king size bed and (1) full size bed, indoor sitting area, outdoor terrace, rain shower

Our house is located just 1.8 miles from the ocean in Potrero beach, the last 2 km are not paved, with the majority of the route being on well- maintained and low traffic roads beyond the gate to the reserve. We have a lot of wildlife in our neighborhood including birds, foxes, iguanas, monkeys, kinkajou, butterflies, etc......
It's a perfect place to go on a hike in the morning or for the sunset, there's just 4 houses in the ultra-low density Rincon Largo development, our closest neighbor is located like a mile away.
