'We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

'Rooms were clean and updated. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Drinks were awesome. They have coors lite and coronas as well!
We had a swim up with concierge . If you have kids, it’s worth it. We did a trip for purely relaxation and we barely left our swim up pool! Servers came right to the pool for orders!
We went to the beach a couple times, Carts are every couple minutes. We never waited and the kids loved sitting in the back seat. Water was warm. Seaweed was there but not horrible....
