« The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay. »

« We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

« Room and common areas were very clean pool was nice. Our only problem was when booking the room it was booked for 5 people. 2 adults 2 teens and a preteen and they do not have roll away beds. We had to make a makeshift bed on the floor out of pillows. »

« Previous reviews made me believe this was a “mid-range” hotel… I’m here to tell you it is not! Terrible part of town. Had a decent sized parking lot. But that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. Lots of druggies hanging around both the parking lot and casino. Definitely seems like the type of place that rents rooms by the hour…. That should be enough said. The room was old, rundown, and had terrible lighting (probably a good thing, I didn’t want to see exactly how dirty is really...

« The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town. »
