**ACCOMODATIONS**
This spacious two-story home comfortably sleeps 12.
- Downstairs:
A separate bunk room (sleeps 6) with a half-bath, perfect for teens who want their own space, plus an outdoor shower by the dock.
- Upstairs: 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with luxury linens—2 king-sized beds and 1 queen—along with two full baths.

The open-concept living area on the second floor greets you with coastal elegance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stunning limestone countertops, an apron sink, and new stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up family meals.

**Pet-Friendly:**
A $75 pet fee applies. Please ensure pets are not left unattended without a kennel.
We welcome pets and have a fully fenced yard (except along the water), so your furry friends can enjoy the vacation, too.
