● Beach Access: The Sea Isle beach access point is a 2-3 minute walk or a 30-second drive away.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

On the second level, the wide-open great room space is ideal for hanging out with the family. A sprawling sectional sofa faces a large flatscreen television and creates a perfect space for kicking back with your favorite television show and a bowl of popcorn. A wall of windows allows the bright, natural light to flow in. Glass doors open out to the sunny deck space with views of the neighborhood and a peek at the ocean. A picnic table and laid-back Adirondack chairs invite you to sit back and enjoy the sea breeze.

The kitchen has stylish gray cabinets and brushed stainless steel appliances. Clean marble workspaces and a sparkling subway tile backsplash create a streamlined space to prepare beach snacks and meals for your crew. A sleek bar top and dining table with bench seating provide plenty of flexible seating space for everyone. A laundry closet and a full bathroom are right around the corner.

Down the hallway are two cheerful bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and twin-over-twin built-in bunk space. The other bedroom is painted a soothing lavender and has two queen-size beds.

Up the stairs on the third floor lies the secluded master suite. A sumptuous king-size bed faces a mounted flatscreen television. French doors open wide to reveal a private balcony with peekaboo ocean views. It’s a lovely spot to wake up in the mornings, throw open the doors, and feel the offshore breeze. The ensuite master bathroom feels like your own private spa, with marble tiles, a soaking tub, and a separate, step-in shower. A bunk room on this floor has two full-over-full size bunks.

On the ground level, a spacious game room is a flexible space that doubles as a bunk room and a fun lounging space. A charming white chair rail and bright teal walls add thoughtful style. This room was built for entertaining— with a pool table, large flatscreen television, and pass-through bar to the barbeque area. On the far wall, two built-in full-size bunks are mounted over two queen-size beds. A full bathroom is around the corner. The kids will absolutely love this camp-like, semi-private space to hang out.

The warm sandy shores of Sea Isle Beach are a quick drive or a walk away from your front door. You’ll also be close to the Sea Isle Beach community pool and the West End Marina and Restaurants. Rent a golf cart for zooming around this friendly Texas coast neighborhood. For an afternoon or a night out, the excitement of the Galveston Strand and Pleasure Pier is only thirty minutes away. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
