Step inside and discover a well-appointed, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a convenient washer/dryer to help you keep your swimsuits and towels looking bright. The open-concept living area features a cozy sofa and a TV - perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Things to Know

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands are provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit's maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

Wristbands are not required for beach access
