« Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. « A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bring your boat or take the water taxi and leave everything behind. We had an amazing time on our week long trip. Combing the beaches on secluded islands to just relaxing on the screened in porch in total silence. The beach house had everything we needed and was very hidden away from our neighbors. Adding the golf cart was awesome too as we discovered other parts of the island to see the beach and sunsets nightly. We would definitely...

« The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l. »

« My family and I had a wonderful Father's Day weekend. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The proximity to the beach was nice as well. Even without being beach front, it was only a short walk and you were on the beautiful beach! Very nice and clean, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks. »

« We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!! »

« Perfect location, we walked to stump pass a couple times and when we just wanted to sit on the beach it was very close. The backpack style beach chairs were convenient and we made good use of the shark teeth equipment and found a lot of sharks teeth. The kayaks were a highlight, easy to put in across the street and you don’t have to go very far to have the dolphins swim right up to you! Just down the canal that you put the boat in and hang a right and maybe a quarter mile and the dolphins are...

« The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here! »

« Terrible checkout. Due to miscommunication we were called liars by owner and treated with terrible customer service. We apologized SEVERAL times for mix up. We were then charged an extra $200 for an hour and half late check out. Book at your own risk !! »
