'Our hosts had gone to so much trouble to help us celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday leaving little messages and decorating bits of the house. It felt very special. We were afforded and earlier check in and later check out thanks to their thoughtfulness. All very smooth. The property itself is amazing and though we enjoyed exploring Filey, our best times were indoors with all the family. Highly recommend.'

'From start to finish our family of; two 10yo, two13yo, 2 sets of mum's and dad's and 6 adults 35yo to 65yo & two dogs had an amazing time! The house was cosey but big enough to have your own space whether in your room or chilling in the communal areas. More than enough bathrooms/toilets. Beds comfy.
