'This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!'

'This was such a great place to stay. Its a lovely house with a super cozy living room, incredible wood burner and what would be a glorious garden in the summer. It was perfectly clean and well maintained. Host was super easy to talk to. Great location for us with Exeter, sidmouth and lyme regis all in easy distance.'

'Very nicely decorated house that was easy to live in as a family with two dogs. House was well equipped and in a good location for the city and the very local M&S Food Hall made self catering a pleasure too. We had an issue with the plumbing but this was sorted out very quickly - even on a Sunday. All in all a very nice stay.'

'We absolutely loved this cottage. We wanted somewhere home from home for 23rd December to 28th. It was just me, my husband and our dog. We were spoilt for choice as to places to visit and coming back to the cottage and spending time in the large lounge with the fire going was bliss. We would highly recommend this cottage. The host was extremely friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely be back! Leaving with extremely fond memories of a lovely Christmas spent here.'
