Take in the stunning view from master bedroom and luxurious master bath with a deep soaker tub. Grill up your favorite meal with the electric grill on the patio and enjoy at the outdoor table and chairs. Have a good book you can't put down? Read on the patio rockers for extra comfort and relaxation. Cook meals for your favorite people in the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee lover? Enjoy making coffee in the 12-cup coffee maker or with the Keurig machine (k cups provided!). Unwind in the 7person hot tub and awesome heated game room with ping pong, cornhole, games foosball, video arcade, and smart TV! We loved this place and the location. Only thing i could critique is the hot tub should be in a more easily accessible space and more private. We never got to use it because the winds were too strong making it way too cold to try to get in and enjoy. And down stairs beds are stiff. Other than that we loved it here and will be back next year.

Our family of five with young children stayed here and we all loved it! The kids had their own space downstairs complete with a game room and Mom and Dad had a beautiful room upstairs too! The deck is wonderful and the hot tub was an early morning and late evenings favorite spot. Being there in October we had elk in our yard almost every evening. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed. I also loved its location to the west side of town and RMNP! Would love to stay here again!

House is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood yet not far from RMNP or downtown Estes Park. It has everything you could need. Spent many hours on the beautiful deck facing Marys Lake and the mountains. Would definitely go back!

Great place to stay while in Estes Park!

Very nice and clean with plenty of room for our family. Easy access to both Downtown Estes and RMNP. We anlso enjoyed the game room as well as the hot tub. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Estes Park!!
