« There was a lot of noise all night long . A homeless person with bags kept running in and out by the room that I was in so I barely got any sleep . Other than that the staff was courteous, and my check-in went smoothly. »

« If you’re a solo travel staying only the night or two then this is perfect. You’re super close to the Avalon and near food places and the mall. Only ify part was the entrance doors not fully working during the night hours »

« My experience at this hotel was very unacceptable. The room wasn’t what I expected to be. It was very nasty stains all on the walls. The carpet was stained and it also had an awful smell to it. I won’t recommend this place to no one very unsanitary »

« Worse hotel ever! Stayed 2 nights and reported that the sink is clogged the first night. and nothing has been done to repair it or fixed since I checked out. Room key doesn’t work, sucks when your on the 5th floor and have to take the elevator back down when there’s a tour bus full of high school kids in the hallway and elevator. Staff was not friendly at all! I should have read other people reviews! »

« King suite was large with 2 separate rooms, clean, and comfortable. Valet staff were wonderful and quick getting your car. »

« Room was clean and the grounds were lovely. The WiFi was terrible and nobody on sight was able to guide us to the pay option (which we were ready to upgrade to). The Hilton corporate IT never returned our call, so very little business was done in our room. We were in town for a business meeting. The staff at Starbucks was non existent. Waited 8 minutes for someone to help us. Eventually left and went to Starbucks down the street. »
