« The views from the outdoor seating area are top notch. Looking out across the sound every night at sunset was the perfect way to end the day. This was the perfect spot for our stay. Birds and deer every morning in the yard and on our way off and on the island as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip everything was perfect. »

« Very Comfortable with a well appointed Kitchen. Excellent view of Hood Canal and occasional glimpses of mountains through the fog and clouds. Would recommend visiting the Union Visitor Center for good information about the sites and activities in the area. We enjoyed a few hikes to waterfalls and dinner of Oysters and Dungenese crabs. Preparing meals was easy in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. Perhaps the only drawback was the motorcycles on the road below the cabin and canal. I...

« The property was lovely with beautiful views of the water. It was very private and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only hiccup was the WiFi. It was too weak to make it through a movie using either our computers or their own ROKU system. Loading was slow. They need to up their WiFi strength and put in extenders so that you can use the WiFi in the back bedroom. Otherwise are stay was perfect. »

« We loved the private patio and backyard area. There was plenty of space and was completely covered by trees from neighboring houses. »

« Beautiful home!!! Very spacious for the 3 of us. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 minute drive to every shop/store your heart desires. We enjoyed our stay. If I have a similar event some time down thr road, I hope this place will be avaliable because im booking it guarantee! Oh and 1 more thing, its the small thing. Appreciate how after a long, hottt day, it was nice to check in and the house was nice and cool. AC was on and it felt like paradise lol. Thank You!!!!!!!!!! »

« It was awesome. Secluded yet not too far from town and my son who lives in Shelton. It was great to take a walk to the shore which was an adventure walk with blackberries and sweetpeas. The high tide and low tides were an adventure especially as it was full moon. The surprise on the last few days was the view of Mt. Rainer. Thank you Robert for a great place to stay will be telling friends about it »

« Peaceful. Quiet. Spectacular lake view. It’s worth the steps (51, we counted ) to go for a swim or a float. The second week of September and the water temp is just fine. The bed downstairs is big and very comfortable. There is an A/C unit in every room, which is a nice feature. Also liked the newer fridge and updated shower. »

« I HIGHLY recommend this property!! From the spotless home, to the very thoughtful plethora of amenities, and wonderful host communication, we will definitely be back! The kayaks and hot tub made for great family memories. We were so comfortable in this peaceful setting. This place is definitely a gem worth staying! Stay here! You will not be disappointed! »

« This was an amazing trip. Plenty of kayaks for 6 people, the lake was stunning and peaceful and so fun to kayak around on. The house was also great! I would have been much nicer if the pullout had a topper guest could add for comfort because it’s a bit hard but overall doable. And HUGE! 3 adults could sleep on it easily. We had a really great time. I’d def come back here again. »

« If you're looking at this property and hesitating for any reason, just click the Book button and go for it. The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying wonderful views of the Hood Canal. We saw seals, fish, birds, and was able to walk the beach at low tide and pick oysters. Turns out the inside is pretty nice too. Great kitchen, and we had everything we needed to cook meals (you will still want to plan for ingredients). Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. The living room...

« Lovely, well furnished home with many places to gather. We loved the large deck and firepit, and made use of the paddle boards and kayaks. We saw lots of seals and the sunsets were gorgeous. We would stay again in a heartbeat. »

« We really enjoyed our time at this property with 3 generations spending the Labor Day Holiday. The unassuming and quiet neighborhood give way to a beautifully appointed home with large living space, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and best of all the beautiful views from the large deck and living room.
