'The facility is very nice. Suites are beautiful and spacious. Messages sent through Expedia are not read. Staff's attitude is excellent, but would benefit from better procedures and professional management, like when several minor issues at the suite could have been solved much faster or avoided altogether.'

'Very clean and comfortable place to stay at ! The only thing is before booking look up the address on Google Maps or Waze. The map shows this place being by el Centro but it’s actually about 7-10 min away once looking it up. It’s a beautiful location overseeing the city if you don’t mind the drive it’s totally worth it !!!!!'
