'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'We arrived 4 hours early, and they said our room was ready. So nice! The hotel is so, so eclectic. There are little quirks at every turn, and it all works. A spiral staircase leading to a room where the door just drops off? It's here! I loved the place. 15 minutes to walk to the historical center of town. Friendly staff, and helpful. '

'The room locked just like the photos. It was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Parking was limited but on street parking is available and the is 24 hour security. We definitely will go back. '
